TREK was founded in 2010 with three partners and a vision of an employee-owned, high value, industry leading consulting firm. We now employ over 50 professional engineers, technicians and support staff. We are proud of our achievements and recognize that our success is a function of the skill, dedication and loyalty of each and every employee. Our unique culture allows junior staff to work closely with our most senior engineers and principals, fostering mentorship, teamwork and collaboration as a guiding component of our service delivery.
As a Manitoba-owned and operated consulting firm, our clients enjoy direct communication with and hands-on involvement of company leaders.
